自社で企画・開発を行った、パズルゲームアプリ「MagiCrush」のアートワークを、NFTアートとして販売する取り組みを開始しました。

ゲームストーリー
パズルと魔法の力で本から飛び出してきたモンスター達をやっつけろ！
魔法使い見習いのペーターは、師匠の留守中うっかり魔法の本に封じられていたモンスターを開放してしまった。
師匠が帰ってくるまでに魔法の石を使って、封印から復活したモンスター達をやっつけよう。
簡単操作でパズルを連鎖、ド派手な魔法でモンスター達をなぎ倒せ！
唸れ魔法の杖、喰らえ必殺のマジクラッシュ！

企画 / 概要
ゲーム内に登場するモンスターや、背景画像などを、NFTアートとして販売を開始しました。

販売場所について
NFTプラットフォーム「OpenSea ( https://opensea.io/ )」上で、
ストーリーボードやキャラクターイラストを販売しています。

▼NFT規約
・本NFTの対象は画像データです。
・本NFTの購入により、購入者は、画像データのURL等の情報が掲載されたブロックチェーン上のトークンを利用、処分する権利が認められますが、著作権や商標権その他の知的財産権を取得することはありません。
・本NFTを家庭の範囲を越えて他人に提供することや商用目的で利用することができません。
・本NFTの購入・売買に関連して購入者または転得者その他の第三者が損害を被った場合、その損害発生の原因が如何なるものであっても、著作者は何らの法的責任も負わないものとします。

– The purchaser of the NFT is granted rights to exploit and/or dispose the NFT that contains information of the image data, including, but not limited to, the URL, provided, however that the purchaser is not granted any intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, or the like, in and to the image data.
